Restaurant Cocolino,
a family business
On April 23, 1986, Montserrat Puy, together with her daughters, Montse and Imma, opened the first restaurant. Originally located on Cardenal Margarit Street, in the Eixample district, in 1992 moved to Pedret Street. Today it is the oldest pizza restaurant in Girona. 

Imma, who is in charge of desserts and dining, is currently running the business, and her husband, Pere, who has a long experience in bread and pizza, is in charge of the kitchen. 

Recently, one of their sons, Bernat, trained as a cook at the Girona School of Hospitality, has also joined the business
